Yes — you can order EPCs for some properties, PAT testing for others, and floor plans for the rest, all in the same bundle. The discount applies to the total order value.
Do all properties need to be in the same area?
No. We cover properties across the UK. Properties in different cities or regions can all be included in the same bundle.
How does billing work for large portfolios?
For 10+ property orders we can invoice monthly so you're not paying per visit. For 20+ we offer custom payment terms — just ask.
What if I need certificates urgently?
Pro and Elite customers get priority scheduling. For genuinely urgent jobs we offer same-day slots subject to assessor availability in your area.
Can I add more properties to an existing bundle?
Yes. If you place an order and then need to add more properties, we'll honour the bundle rate and apply the higher discount tier if the new total qualifies.
