2. What data we collect
- Contact & booking data — Name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred appointment date, and services requested when you submit a booking or contact form.
- Payment data — Processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card details.
- Usage data — Pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referral source via Vercel Analytics (anonymised, no cookies).
- Communications — Emails or WhatsApp messages you send us.
3. Why we collect it
- To process and fulfil your booking (contractual necessity)
- To send you booking confirmation and appointment reminders (legitimate interest)
- To respond to enquiries (legitimate interest)
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interest)
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. financial records)
4. Who we share it with
We share your data only where necessary:
- Resend — to send transactional emails
- Stripe / PayPal — to process payments
- Vercel — to host and serve the website
- Our assessors — name, address, and appointment details to carry out your booked service
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Booking and customer records are kept for 6 years to comply with HMRC requirements. Marketing communications data is held until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention obligations).

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

7. Cookies

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe and PayPal). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
